Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover the cost of return postage in these cases.
